Floumy Documentation

Pages, Audit Log, and Collaboration

Use internal pages, comments, mentions, and the audit log to keep context with the work.

Pages

The Pages area is Floumy’s internal documentation space inside each project.

What pages support

  • A hierarchical page tree
  • Root pages and child pages
  • Search
  • Rich-text editing
  • Moving pages to a different parent
  • Deleting pages

Editing behavior

Pages save automatically after a short delay when you change:

  • The page title
  • The page content

This makes Pages useful for living notes, specs, meeting summaries, and team playbooks.

Suggested uses

  • Product requirements
  • Decision logs
  • Release notes
  • Process documentation
  • Customer interview notes

Comments and Mentions

Comments appear across several product areas, including objectives, work items, issues, and requests.

Comment capabilities

  • Rich-text comment editor
  • User mentions
  • Edit and delete for your own comments
  • Automatic linking for pasted URLs

If you are not signed in, Floumy redirects you to sign in before submitting a comment.

Audit Log

The Audit Log area provides a project activity stream.

The current implementation focuses on updates around:

  • Objectives
  • Key results
  • Initiatives
  • Work items

Use the audit log when you want a quick overview of what changed without opening each area separately.

Collaboration Patterns That Work Well

  1. Keep strategic context in objectives and roadmap items.
  2. Keep execution detail in work items.
  3. Use comments for discussion that should stay attached to the artifact.
  4. Use Pages for reusable context that should not disappear in a comment stream.
  5. Use the Audit Log to check recent movement before reviews or standups.
